Median Sale Price
Last March, the median sale price for South Philadelphia Homes was $177,450. This March, the median sale price was $185,000, an increase of 4% or $7,550 compared to last year. The current median sold price is 17% lower than in February.
Sale Price to List Price Ratio
In March, the average sale price in South Philadelphia was 95.4% of the average list price, which is 1.1% higher than at this time last year.
Days on Market
This month, the average number of days on market was 98, higher than the average last year, which was 95, an increase of 3%.
